A High Performance Leadership project, or "HPL" as it is known, is a project that you lead using the HPL manual purchased from Toastmasters International (TI).

TI also has a simple wiki explaining the basics of an HPL project...Project Team, Guidance Committee, Program details and Servant Leadership. District 53's web page on the HPL can be found here.

This wiki will focus on possible HPL projects that have been identified within District 53 but are awaiting someone to step forward and tackle !

You can purchase your HPL manual along with the manuals for your guidance committee as a package from TI (click here) or from the District 53 bookstore which is set up at various district events such as the TLI trainings or conferences.
